Terms of service
How does the commission process work?
1) All payments are upfront.
2) I will send progress sketches of initial design with base colors. Please provide all edits during this phase.
3) Once approved, I will begin rendering. Updates will be available by request during this phase. I will not make any changes except for very minor exceptions at this phase.
4) Finished artwork is provided to you!What do you not draw?
At the moment I am not accepting commissions involving: NSFW, furry, complex machinery, mech, pets, gore/body horror, political messaging.Refund policy for non-contract services
- If I have not started a piece or a substantial amount of time has passed with little/no progress, I will issue a refund.
- If I reach out to you and do not receive a response in over two weeks, I will cancel the project and issue a refund. Please note you may incur a non-response fee that is proportional to the amount of progress made on the project thus far (no more than 70% of the total invoice), unless I'm made aware of a legitimate reason for your delay.
- Should an emergency occur that inhibits me from meeting the agreed upon deadline, I will cancel the project and issue a refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund for any reason at any time.Do's
- DO have an idea or solid idea of what you would like for me to design.
- DO include any necessary references that better convey your idea.
- DO be as responsive as possible when contacted regarding your project. Note that I will not proceed with the project until a response is given.
- DO have payment on hand when making a commission request.
- DO be polite and courteous.Do nots
- DO NOT be racist, homophobic, sexist, transphobic, or display bigotry of any kind. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- DO NOT change your initial concept past the sketch phase. Depending on how drastic these changes are, you will be subject to additional fees or I may cancel the project and refund.
- DO NOT ask me to design exactly like published IPs, and/or the works of other artists and designers. It's helpful to gather references to better explain your idea, but ultimately the piece will be true to my own style.
I have a right to refuse the commission should these be violated.Crediting

Commissions are free for MOST commercial and personal use scenarios. However, reselling of my artwork is prohibited. If you plan to resell my artwork, please message me so we may discuss directly.Additional Usage
- By commissioning me, you consent that the artwork I deliver may be used or referenced in social media posts, prints, and other public commercial uses. If you'd like to opt out of this, please let me know!
- Studios or studio affiliates with intention to use my work for their IP MUST commission in the Freelance Contract tier.
- You consent that my artwork will not be traced, modified, or used as heavy reference without credit for any future designs done.
- Additionally, you consent that commissioned work will, under no circumstance, be used for the purpose of training AI, blockchains, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or anything related.
